Biography
Harriett is a senior business operations professional who leads the operational support team. She coordinates with the support team and other functional groups to ensure sites are supported throughout the life of a study. The support team also manages Electronic Data Capture (EDC) account creation, coordinates various rater certifications, multiple trackers and internal projects. She leads initiatives to develop and implement new processes and systems.
