Human Resources Manager

Debbra Cuellar has been leading the Keck School of Medicine of USC, Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI) human resources department since it’s opening in 2015. Debbra has expanded her work as a manager with extensive experience addressing employee concerns within business operations. She is highly effective at applying solid leadership skills and strong communication abilities to respond to staff issues, facilitating a constructive dialog between management and staff, and a hands-on approach to fostering a safe, healthy and productive workplace environment.

Prior to joining ATRI Debbra worked in human resources and administration at several departments with the University of California, San Diego.

Debbra earned her MS in human resources from USC in May 2020 and her BS in management and human resources from Park University.
