ATRI 10-Year Anniversary Celebration

On Saturday, June 14, 2025, the Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI) will host its Anniversary Celebration at the stunning Evans Garage Museum in San Diego. This unforgettable evening marks a major milestone—ten years of groundbreaking progress in Alzheimer’s research—and sets the stage for an even more promising decade ahead.

A Night of Celebration, Inspiration, and Commitment

Themed “Ten Years Closer to Prevention,” the event honors the collective efforts of researchers, clinicians, volunteers, and donors who have propelled ATRI’s mission forward since its founding in 2015. Through rigorous clinical trials, community outreach, and global partnerships, ATRI has helped usher in a new era of early detection and disease-modifying treatments for Alzheimer’s disease.

Guests will enjoy an evening filled with live jazz, fine dining, and inspiring stories. Highlights of the program include:

  • Emcee: Carlo Cecchetto, San Diego news anchor
  • Special Guest: Kevin Nealon, Emmy-nominated comedian known for Saturday Night Live and Weeds
  • Honoree: Lisa Troy Malec, a USC alum and Alzheimer’s advocate bravely living with the disease and receiving one of the first FDA-approved therapies to slow its progression

Live Auction: Bid for a Cause

The evening will also feature a live auction with once-in-a-lifetime packages including:

  • VIP Padres Game Experience at Alzheimer’s Awareness Night
  • A luxurious Cardinal & Gold hosting basket curated with wines, textiles, and tableware
  • A private one-week stay in a Central Park apartment in NYC
  • VIP Day at the Races for six at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club
  • An exclusive Zandra Rhodes gift set designed for ATRI’s 10-year anniversary

All proceeds from the auction will support ATRI’s continued efforts in clinical research, prevention trials, and public awareness.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on the past decade, we are filled with gratitude—and resolve. The progress made is real: new treatments are available, public awareness is growing, and prevention is no longer a dream but a goal within reach.

Join us in celebrating the people who made this possible—and in recommitting to a future where Alzheimer’s is not just treatable, but preventable.
