Costco Connection, the retail giant’s monthly magazine, included a story on Alzheimer’s that quotes Mindy Aisen, MD, a clinical professor of neurology and director of clinical affairs at USC’s Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute.
Dr. Mindy Aisen suggests enrolling in the APT Webstudy. “It’s one way to feel like you’re doing something proactive,” says Dr. Aisen, a clinical neurology professor at the University of Southern California. She works alongside her husband, Dr. Paul Aisen, the founding director of the Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute. “If you start to decline, you will be referred to a specialist for further evaluation.”
