Working Together on Alzheimer’s Research

ATRI and ACTC study where the science is moving on Alzheimer’s disease [AD] treatment and how to move it faster. ATRI conducts trials and partners with research teams around the United States. It’s a network of first-in-class, best-in-class clinical trial experts who seek to understand which drugs may be helpful for treating Alzheimer’s

ATR and ACTC rely on volunteers who have Alzheimer’s, as well as people who have family members suffering from AD. We need individuals from all different backgrounds, including underrepresented communities, to participate in clinical research. These individuals will be part of routine screening that allows us to identify people who are at risk before they have any abnormality in the brain.

We can see the fruits of 35 years of efforts coming together in a way that will help real people. We’re at the dawning of an age where we will have therapies that can work for Alzheimer’s disease. There is confidence that in the long run, we’re going to be able to not just treat Alzheimer’s but essentially prevent it.
