Recruitment Science

What is Recruitment Science?

Clinical trial recruitment and retention is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We are constantly evaluating and optimizing our approach to identify new and better ways to communicate and engage with potential and current participants. Through a scientific approach and iterative learning process, we are always pushing the work we do and materials we produce to new heights. We take pride in making sure that participants are given any and all relevant study information they may need to make informed decisions, and that materials are widely and easily available.

Where does it fit in clinical trials?

Recruiting for clinical trials is a very difficult and lengthy process. It can take years for a study to go from an idea to a trial enrolling real participants. In order to make this process as efficient as possible, you have to learn from previous attempts. This is where recruitment science comes in.

Recruitment science aims to ensure that the various pillars vital to participant recruitment (operations, outreach, and engagement) are backed by the scientific process and new and innovative approaches are always being tested for real world results.
